Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Shipment Only: Cancellations must be made before the order is shipped. Once the product has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled via the website.

Return & Exchange Policy

IMPORTANT: Returns or exchanges are ONLY permitted if the product received is Damaged or the Incorrect Item was sent. We do not accept returns for any other reasons.
  1. Strict Eligibility: Returns are limited to cases of manufacturing defects, transit damage, or receipt of the wrong product.
  2. Mandatory Verification: To process a return, you must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or the incorrect item received.
  3. 3-Day Window: All return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Requests after this window will be automatically declined.
  4. Self-Shipping: If our courier partners do not provide pickup services in your area, you will be required to self-ship the item to our official address.

Mandatory Conditions for Return

To qualify for a refund or exchange under the "Damaged/Wrong Product" rule, the following must be met:

  • Evidence Required: No return will be processed without visual verification of the issue.
  • Original State: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Packaging: All original tags and packaging must be intact. Items missing tags will be rejected.
  • Customized Items: Custom-made products are strictly ineligible for return or exchange, regardless of the issue.
